Delivery Charges:
- Biratnagar: Rs. 100
- All other locations in Nepal: Rs. 150

- Orders within Biratnagar are usually delivered within 1–3 business days
- Orders to other parts of Nepal may take 3–7 business days, depending on location and accessibility

Returns

- Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact
- Items purchased during sales or discounts are non-returnable
