Returns
Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags intact
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Items

- Personal care or hygiene-related items

Refunds

- The amount will reflect within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange:

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:
- You will receive a store credit equal to the value of the returned item
If the item was not marked as a gift:
- The refund will be issued to the original purchaser
Shipping Returns

- For refunds, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, especially for high-value items. Naari Fashion is not responsible for items lost in transit.
